The CX Team [Bryan Gregory] puts those words into actions as we focus on building, strengthening, and maintaining positive, productive, and supportive relationships with our customers and team members to ensure Carter’s continued success through customer and employee loyalty. Our diverse team interacts with our customers (and team members) in every step of their journey as they partner with Carter. Connecting with Carter Machinery is the main focus of our Digital Communications [Kristen Falls] team who ensure that both external and internal communication is flawless, allowing business and individual needs to be addressed timely and efficiently. From the moment a customer drives onto a Carter property or enters a Carter facility, our Retail Team [Amanda Davis & Zach Truman]  is there to meet the customer’s needs in real-time.  Advocating for our customers and team members is the primary focus of our Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) [Camille Soukup]  team which is dedicated to helping Carter grow and evolve as dictated from the feedback we receive from our customers (VOC) and team members (VOE). Giving customers and team members alike the resources and support they need to be successful is our team’s mission. Now…let’s get to work!
